EOTCCFAO Strengthens Child Care Services Through Capacity Building and Staff Training
EOTCCFAO recently conducted a series of capacity-building and staff training sessions across its child care centers to enhance the quality of services provided to children under its care.
The training focused on child protection, early childhood development, health and nutrition, and psychosocial support, equipping caregivers and center staff with practical skills to better respond to the needs of children from infancy through adolescence.
By investing in staff development, EOTCCFAO aims to ensure consistent, high-quality care across all 18 centers and to uphold the organization’s commitment to child well-being, dignity, and long-term development.
